Manager - Business Development - IT (5-10 yrs)

Position : Business Development Manager
Experience : 5 - 10 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Engage with the leads generated by BDE to establish new business relationships and closing of leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Handling accounts of client from meeting to closure of sales and after sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and objectives.
- Should have worked in Distributor/Channel partner B2B sales of any IOT/Industrial automation based product.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing terms to create compelling sales collateral, presentation, and promotion for channel partners.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, progress reports, and other performance metrics to the management team.
- Responsible for creating Channel Partners (Dealer, Distributors).
- Negotiate and close deals to acquire new clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay updated on IT industry trends.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and opportunities for growth.
- Work with legal terms to ensure all agreements and compliant and legally sound.
