Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities in people - Skill Outsourcing, leveraging both provided leads and independently developed prospects.
- Translate client business needs into comprehensive plans that utilize Azalio's service offerings effectively.
- Manage and forecast a robust sales pipeline to drive business growth.
- Acquire clients in telecom & cloud domains and integrate Azalio's services to cater to their needs.
- Facilitate the deployment ofskilled personnel from Azalio to client projects.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences to stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and sales strategies.
Skillset & Work Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT out sourcing having domain knowledge telecom or cloud technology.
- Demonstrated connections within the telecom industry.
- Experience in a multi-customer environment.
- Proven track record in project delivery within fast-paced business environments.
- Strong analytical skills, applying original and innovative thinking to problem-solving.
- Success in selling to senior-level executives and key decision-makers in the Telecoms Industry.
- Extensive experience in managing new bids and coordinating winning proposal responses.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level resources and their teams.
- Self-motivated with a passion for personal and professional growth.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, effectively managing work priorities, proposals, and timelines.
- Proficiency in presenting cost-benefit analyses and closing new business.
