Manager - Business Development - IT (5-10 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Networking with other professionals in the company and potential customers.
- Keeping up to date with economic and business developments throughout the working day
- Keeping up-to-date with overall business trends.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven working experience with 5+ years' experience as a business development
- Team Handling experience
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Market knowledge
- Communication, negotiation and Rappot building skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Willing to work in Night shift.
