Manager - Business Development - IT (4-8 yrs)
- Looking for 4+ years experience in sales professionals, Pre Sales, Business Analysis, Business Development, Staff Augmentation, Operations and Strategy, Support services and Outsourcing.
- The incumbent would be responsible for identifying prospects, new business development, generating 90% of revenue from new sales within her/his geography.
- We are looking for Sales professional in IT talent categories and meet the talent needs of mid-market and large enterprise clients in core market verticals like Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Industrial Automation - Robotics and Life Sciences as well as a variety of other sectors.
- Responsible to create and build strong sales funnel enabling a best possible sales revenue forecasting.
- Would be operating independently in assigned regions and verticals and reporting directly to top leadership.
- Must have exceptional communication skills and prior experience of having worked closely with CXO, VP Director level executives on prospect client side.
- Must be willing to travel whenever required.
- Consult with internal managers to identify client needs
- Work directly with internal recruiters to help meet client business objectives
- Manage candidates throughout interview and hiring process
- Act as a liaison between the Hiring Manager and qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants to build a professional work
- Work location Bangalore.
