Position Title : Business Development Manager
Qualifications : Graduation and/or MBA
Experience : 4 - 7 Years
Job Location : Pan India (Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore preferred)
Purpose of Position :
- Expand the Business Sales to existing clients or new Clients
- Experienced Business Development Executive for Computer Networking (CCTV Security Systems,
- Access Control, Electronic Automation, Wired & Wireless Networking (Both Cisco and HP))
- Must have a proven Sales Track Record in IT Industry to MNCs/Enterprise customers.
- Well aware and knowledgeable of Structured Cabling, Networking and related technologies, Data Centre's.
- Should have experience of working closely with Project Management Consultancy, OEMs, Architects & Builders
- Manage BDEs and drive their KRAs
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for acquiring and developing new business from IT Infrastructure.
- Business plan for increasing the profitability of the division, through direct sales.
- Should have hands on experience in Active Networking Sales, Wireless, Security, Switches and Routers.
- Experience in Solutioning, Design & estimation, sizing and proposal writing and bid support while overseeing multiple proposal responses.
- Building and maintaining a network of public and private customer contacts
- Meeting with customer and key stake holders
Skills Set :
- Physical Security Systems - CCTV, IP Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Systems etc.
- Networking Infrastructure from OEMS like Cisco, HP, Dell etc
- Networking - Structured cabling & switching etc.
- Managing Infrastructure Projects.
- Computing infra like Servers, Storage and Desktops.
