Manager - Business Development - IT (4-6 yrs)
Job Summary : Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Ability to understand Software products and pitch for the same appropriately
- Expected to be a go getter, with the passion to lead from the front and generate revenue opportunities with profit motive
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
-Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Should be able to understand customer needs and translate the same as inputs for the development team
- Can Travel outdoors to meet potential clients at most times should be fun for him
- Capable of doing cold calls, pitch to clients
- Business Development / awareness through Email management, Website, SEO, SMO management
- Creative ability to make relevant advertisements posts for lead generation.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Should be an MBA in Marketing / International Marketing
Experience : 3-4 years of Experience in Sales of IT / CRM products
