Responsibilities :
- Take complete ownership of the Sales Department for (Sales Head).
- Manage Domestic sales team of callers, Presales, Business Analyst, Sales Executive to Senior Sales Manager.
- Manage Complete life Cycle right from pushing the sales team to generate Leads to Managing the Leads to Proposals, Negotiation and Finally Closures.
- Pushing the Digital team for better leads from Digital platforms
- Responsible to take new business initiatives & ideas, and brand development.
- Industry mapping and identifying potential market.
- Strategize and implement marketing tools with an aim to increase profitability and business expansion in Domestic markets.
- Present right solutions for the client requirements, Negotiation and project closure.
- Managing client relationships and grow accounts.
- Devise and implement thorough training schedules to drive the marketing team towards target achievement.
- Responsible for delivering desired target numbers every Quarter.
Desired Profile :
- 4+ years of experience in Web Industry, with an emphasis on Web sites and Web development solutions.
- Should have exposure to Domestic market in developing and managing business opportunities in the area of Web Design & Development, Digital Marketing and Web/Mobile App Development.
- Should have a positive attitude; assertive with a strong conviction power. A knack of convincing people through strong negotiation and problem solving abilities will be appreciated.
