Mission of the Business Development Specialist :
To double our current company revenue by signing large profitable contracts with industrial customers. To set up one hunting team to land new clients and one farming team to nurture and grow existing accounts.
Competencies required (KSAOs) :
- Knowledge : Having sound knowledge of the product/service for the sale of the infrastructure and the subsequent selling of the solution by recommending the same.
- Skills : Excellent communication and persuasion skills to close deals. Strong co-ordination skills with the customer and the in-house logistics team for facilitating quality service. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. To have autonomy and co-ordinate efficiently.
- Abilities : Be able to go beyond the set targets and able to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and clients. The candidate should be presentable and able to articulate and communicate to ensure target closures.

Requirements for the job :
- Educational qualifications : B.E /BSC - IT/ BCA/B. Tech/MTech. MBA -Sales & Marketing would also be preferable.
- Candidates from other industries involved in selling capital goods / solutions and willing to take up IT sales can also apply.
