Manager - Business Development - IT (4-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Understanding product lines from all aspects (technology, operations and finance) and creating the sales target plan for the year
2. Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth in alignment with top management vision and goals
3. Leading the sales funnel at the initial stage and setting up the sales channel and teams to take it forward
4. Contributing to planning and releasing of creative and promotion material
5. Creating a reporting system through business dashboards, market trends and developments, risk analysis with recommendations and action plans
Requirements:
1. Post Graduate in Marketing or Sales or Graduate with atleast 4 years of work experience in related roles
2. Work experience of 2-5 years or more in sales and marketing of IT products or services
3. Marketing experience of 1 yr or more will be an advantage
4. Experience of West region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa) for atleast 2 years or more
5. Proficient in English and Hindi. Any other local language will be an advantage
6. Knowledge of IT platforms, well known global product lines, programming languages, OS will be an advantage
7. Should be a self-starter who owns the sales process from lead generation to client conversion
8. Should be proficient in building IT brands
