Manager - Business Development - IT (3-7 yrs)

Job Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our growing team in the IT services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our range of IT services, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT solutions, and a proven track record in outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

- Conduct outbound activities including emails, calls to potential clients to introduce our IT services.

- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.

- Research and gather information on prospective clients to tailor sales pitches.

Sales Presentations :

- Deliver compelling and informative presentations of our IT services to potential clients.

- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our services.

- Address client inquiries and concerns to facilitate the sales process.

Relationship Building :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Develop an understanding of clients' business needs and challenges.

- Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Sales Closing :

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. (Pre-Sales Assistance will be there).

Market Research :

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding client needs and market demands.

Sales Reporting :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.

- Generate regular sales reports to assess performance against targets.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education :

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience :

- 1-2 Years of Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the IT services industry.

- Familiarity with IT solutions and services.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Negotiation Skills :

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Team Player :

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Self-Motivated :

- Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Adaptability :

- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.

- Must be open to work in US Shifts ( 3 PM to 12 Midnight or 5 PM to 2 AM).

Tech Savvy :

- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
