Manager - Business Development - IT (3-7 yrs)
Business Development Manager
Location: Indore
Working days: 5 (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating business leads.
- Generate Leads from LinkedIn & Email, & LinkedIn Research.
- Bid on different bidding portals (Freelancer/Upwork/Pph/Guru/Gigster/Fiver.com, etc.).
- Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
- Responsible for converting provided leads
- Project requirement gathering & Analysis.
- Conducting interviews of resources with clients
- Client handling & Conversation through skype/zoom/Gmeet.
- Able to provide SOW/proposal to the client.
- Responsible for pre-sales as well as post-sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
- Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Research and analyze sales options
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
- Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
