Manager - Business Development - IT (3-6 yrs)
Key Roles:-
- Identify customer acquisition opportunity by conducting market research, evaluating industry requirements and analyses customer needs
- Work on Customer acquisition by collecting, filtering and nurturing leads.
- Work on closing deals through calling; follow-ups, conducting in-person meeting and networking.
- Set up meetings with potential prospects.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create revenue forecasts, gather customer reviews, collect prospect feedback and prepare reports.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Handle client complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with tech support and technical team members to boost sales, improve product quality and retain customers.
- Collect feedback and inputs from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Attend international Trade shows and work on brand building and nurturing customer- relationship.
- Develop recommendation and referral from existing customers and prospects.
- Design and implement customer retention programs for long term customer engagement
Desired Skills and Experience:-
- Masters/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Sales/Finance/ Marketing
- 2 + Years of experience of customer acquisition for Software subscription-based services or any IT related services
- Strong negotiation and Persuasion Skills
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Good organizational and leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with people and communicate clearly in non-technical or technical discussion.
- Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiating techniques
-Fast learner and passion for customer acquisition
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
