Position Title: - Business Development Manager

Position Type: Permanent

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities:

- As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you shall be joining a young, dynamic team working to continuously grow our governance solutions and consulting business in India.

- The BDM shall be reporting directly to the Head of Business and shall also be regularly involved in all-hands meeting with the CEO.

- The essential expectation if hired, is to be a hunter and help us prospect and add new clients. We shall equip you with required tools such as Apollo sales prospecting and access to a strong pre-sales team for client pilots / POCs.

- Managing, maintaining and further enhancing client relationships through regular outreach, in-person catch-ups and creative upselling and cross-selling shall be a key responsibility

- Managing and updating sales pipelines on CRM (Salesforce and Bigin) to ensure effective forecasting to Satori & Diligent management.

- Attend outbound events / conferences sponsored by Satori and Diligent to represent the company and pursue the resultant opportunities further.

Essential Skills:

- Must hold a graduate degree. (a Postgraduate or a business degree would be an added advantage)

- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in Enterprise Software Sales.

- Ability to work in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.

- Excellent market research capabilities to understand/generate customer requirement and propose appropriate solutions from Satori's solution suite.

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) is a must.

- Fantastic oral and written communication in English. This role entails communications with partners and clients both in India and Overseas.
