Experience Required:

Candidate must have atleast 3+ Years of Sales/ Marketing/ Inside Sales Experience with minimum 2 years of international inside sales experience Position: Deputy Manager: Inside Sales (International). Multiple Openings - Inside sales responsibility for the candidate includes demand generation, pre sales activities of making presentations & online (skype, zoom, GoTo Meeting /telephonic conferences) together with the internal team. Regular interactions, customer connect, account management with existing and potential customers across the world. The selected candidate will have to make client visits across countries where Smart Ship- has its operations. The position requires candidate to make personal client presentations, product demo, make pre sales presentations, design online mailers and draft documents especially for digital route.

Candidate applying must have following skill sets

- Awareness of - Digital promotion- techniques - Knowledge of FB, LinkedIn, Twitter and other online forums - Various Online websites which are specifically used by Sales & Marketing professionals for networking, project acquisition, lead generation etc.


 - Excellent verbal and written communication is a must as the role requires international telephonic conversations with client CXO- s, Sr. managers & departmental heads. 


- Excellent command on Email drafting, drafting documents, proposals, sample mailer for online posts


 - Ability to make attractive power point presentations is desirable


. - Past sales / marketing experience in technology services, products, platforms is an advantage, although not necessary for the deserving candidate

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

- Demand Generation, Lead Generation


 - Generating databases from open forum and through professional forums such as LinkedIn, Indeed 


- Introductory mails to potential clients, followed by phone calls and online demos of software products


 - Maintaining relationShip- with existing and potential customers 


- Continuous marker research, connecting up with CXO's and potential decision makers in target organizations . 


- Social media connect at professional level to identify new leads and potential new markets


 - Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing 


- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings 


- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events 


- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays 


- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products 


- Developing quotes and proposals with help of seniors and colleagues
