Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies to increase company revenue, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth targets.

- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business strategies and customer needs.

- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand the business network.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Budget Amount (Per Annum):

Freshers - 3L - 4L per annum

Experienced into IT sales - 4L- 6L per annum
