Job Location : Mohali - WFO

- IT sales, Good exposure to Online bidding portal (Upwork/PPH/Freelance/GURU/LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, B2B sales, Worked on Lead Generation and Conversion
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into customers.
2. Collaborate with the lead generation team to ensure a seamless transition from lead acquisition to conversion.
3. Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for maximum conversion success.
4. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new lead generation channels.
8. Continuously optimize lead conversion processes to improve efficiency and results.
9. Gather complete project requirements, and make a project scope and features list. Get a quote from production for the same.
10. Send the initial proposal, introduction emails, follow-up emails, quotations, and final proposals to prospects.
11. Ensuring that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's sales management system.
12. Drafting final requirements after project conversion and handing over to Production with complete details.
13. Mentor new Business Development Executive team members with SOP guidelines and Lead Generation Process.
Skills Required :
1. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
2. Strong experience in lead conversion, with a solid understanding of various sales methodologies.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
7. Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide the lead generation team.
8. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in lead conversion data.
9. Knowledge of the IT Industry sector and the ability to understand customer requirements within this context.
Education Required :
1. Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization.
2. PG: M.Tech, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc (Science) in Any Specialization.
