Purpose - Broad objective of the role:
To realize the growth of profitable revenues for StreamOn Technologies Pvt. Ltd. by planning and carrying out strategic sales activities across India. Focused on their sales target with know-how to meet them month on month.
Ideal Profile:
The successful candidate will have diversely experienced relationship, sales-led business management skills with a proven track record of success within SaaS selling in the India region targeting verticals such as Pharma, IT, BFSI, and Consulting companies. Strong team player and communication skills, with strategic-level business development and sales experience essential. The successful candidate will be results orientated & profit-focused with corporate management experience with a network of managing senior-level engagements across the Indian market.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Proven track record in selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprises in India.
- Must be able to focus on obtaining results and driving early revenues for the business.
- Experience of working in a "challenger" marketplace.
- Must be versatile and able to adapt to changing business and sales environments.
- Must be able to manage internal relationships, striking a balance between demanding and maintaining healthy working relationships.
- Plan, prioritize and manage personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving targets - especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Develop existing customer base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information. Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
- Manage account action plans for individual accounts.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Relevant work experience in selling SaaS software solution & B2B sales with overall experience of 3 to 5 years.
- Familiar with virtual event business will be a plus.
- Strong command of English and able to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with strategic-level account management experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Independent, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Outgoing with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
