Manager - Business Development - IT (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

- Liable for global business development and lead generation

Requirement :

- International business development and client generation for Web & Mobile App

- Development. Also, Business Development Team Building & Management.

- Candidates should have sound knowledge in IT Business Development.

- Strong Track Record of achieving targets.

- Should possess Excellent Communication & Analytical skills.

- Must have exp. of International IT Client generation.

- Must be currently working with any IT Company.

- Experience with Lead generator, Calling, drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, follow ups and also coordinate with technical team and coordinate in Deal Closures

- Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client

- Analyze business Challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for the same.
