Our client is looking for Business Development Manager with exceptional working skills and industry experience to join our team immediately.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility is to uplift the company revenue by searching, promoting, and strategizing to capture international markets and business opportunities
- Searching, evaluating, and proposing the management of viable international business opportunities
- Coordinating with international delegates for promoting export markets for company products
- Designing and implementing of own sales and marketing strategies in capturing international markets
- Achieving set business goals with regular reviews
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
- IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work decision-making skill the ability to multitask and priorities your workload
- Project management and organizational skills
- The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
- Negotiating skills
- The ability to think strategically
- The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports
Ideal Candidate :
- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- You have a strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the IT industry.
- You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus
- You have at least 3 years experience
