Manager - Business Development - IT (3-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving business growth. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team's performance, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the sales team's performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans for team members.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Forecast sales targets and monitor progress against them.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales management.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
