Purpose of the job: BDM (HVAC) / Business Development Manager

BDM - will be responsible for defining and executing innovative sales strategies across all business areas to attract enterprise customers. Develop effective strategies, create excellent customer experience, build efficient and high-quality processes and systems, and manage metrics that drive great business and outcomes for the sales team and the larger organization.
Job Description:
- Prospect and identify new corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences for IT products, service and solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within corporate accounts to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions that meet the specific requirements of corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Essential attribute :
- Experience selling IT products, service and solutions.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with IT solutions & services
Prerequisites :
- Full Time / Work from Office / 6 days a week.
- Prior work experience in corporate sales with matrix organization.
- IT industry experience is must
- Work Experience: 4 -7 Years
