Manager - Business Development - IT (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Sales : Prospect new business and qualify leads to drive Microsoft solutions sales.
Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Directors) to understand business needs and present customized Microsoft solutions.
Solution Selling : Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals, conduct demos, and deliver value-driven presentations.
Negotiation & Closing : Manage sales negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Visiting clients and closing the deals.
Market Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, Microsoft product advancements, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within IT solutions or Microsoft technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of driving the full sales cycle and meeting sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Microsoft certifications a plus).
