About the role:
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.
- You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Mapping the organization. Generating new business.
- Responsible for closing the orders.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counselling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport
with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned
accounts.
- Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plans on the assigned accounts.
- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
Candidate requirements:
- Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality.
- Should be a strong Salesperson with Go Getter Attitude.
- Quick Learner & good understanding.
- Sound knowledge of the IT Industry.
- Should have good negotiation Skills.
