Manager - Business Development - IT (2-8 yrs)
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the IT software sector.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term client relationships in the sales of enterprise software solutions such as Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and other related IT products.
- You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, executing high-level business strategies, and leading efforts to expand our market presence in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand market share in the IT software sector (including Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, ERP).
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand business with existing clients.
- Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision- makers in the software industry.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities in the Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, ERP markets.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients, specifically highlighting IT software solutions such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
- Negotiate business terms and close high-value software sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, evolving market conditions, and stay ahead of competition to identify new growth opportunities in the IT software space.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle of software solutions, including payment collection and ensuring contract fulfillment for software products like Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, and ERP solutions.
- Focus on revenue growth, sales forecasting, and setting achievable sales targets within the IT software domain.
Key Skills Required:
- Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management in the IT software industry.
- Expertise in Business Strategy Planning and Sales Forecasting for software products.
- Strong Negotiation and Deal Closing skills for Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, and ERP solutions.
- Proficient in Networking, Proposal Development, and Partnership Management for IT software sales.
- Experience in Revenue Growth Analysis and identifying strategic growth opportunities in the Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, and ERP markets.
- End-to-End Sales Closer with the ability to manage the entire software sales cycle.
- Proven ability in Payment Collection and handling software licensing contracts.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational abilities, and strategic thinking.
Compensation Policy:
- The compensation structure is a 70% fixed salary and 30% variable component based on performance.
- The variable part will be withheld if sales targets are not met within the given period.
- Upon meeting or exceeding targets, the remaining variable component will be paid out based on performance evaluations, conducted quarterly. Benefits:
