Manager - Business Development - IT (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client's objectives
- Finding a related business with specific industries and analysis and convert those into the leads.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Drive the work according to the target specific.
- Closes a new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating requirements with business operations.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track records
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English and well command over communication with client
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to build a report
- Time management and planning sills
- BBA/MBA or any equivalent degree/qualification
