Business Development Manager
Primary responsibilities include :
- Nurture leads and convert MQLs to SQLs, while tracking conversion rates, timelines, cost of customer acquisition, etc..
- Build & explain the business case for Tactive offerings, develop & refine sales collateral (eg. presentations, white papers, case studies, blogs).
- Support executive management in converting SQLs to contracts
- Support deployment team via on-site visits during PoC & pilot deployments; take responsibility for customer success.
- Analyze the competitive offerings including pricing, go-to-market strategies, customer engagements, revenues, partnerships, hiring plans, event participation, etc.
- Effectively use sales tools such as CRM, mail tracking, conferencing, content sharing, contract management, etc.
