Manager - Business Development - IT (2-5 yrs)
The Business Development team is responsible for reaching out to Business owners, understanding their challenges and pain points and providing a comprehensive solution to business owners, that help them in growing their business.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Attending sales meetings with CEOs, CFOs and SME business owners that are set up by the sales team
- Meeting business owners and understanding how their businesses function, understand their current accounting systems and pain points based on existing standard operating procedures, tax compliances, reporting mechanisms
- Providing a tailor-made accounting solution to the client
- Closing the deal and signing on the client for an annual contract
Technical Skills Required -
- Knowledge of accounting softwares such as Tally, Quickbooks, SAP etc.
- Knowledge of data entry activities
- Knowledge of calculation & filing of the following taxes - GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax
- Ability to draw insights on the client's business given the data shared
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
