Manager - Business Development - IT (2-5 yrs)

Job Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to specifically cover the PAN India. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the adoption and sales of our SaaS-based total talent management system across the region. Your responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct internet research to identify companies which are hiring currently in different sector of economy including manufacturing, Infrastructure, Consumer, Energy, BFSI, IT, Healthcare etc.

- Approach the relevant authorities (MD,CXO, HR Head, Recruitment Head etc.) on social media for introducing TalentAhead

- Contact these authorities on telephone/mobile number; introduce and request for business meetings with Senior Leaders of our company

- Participate in the meetings if required

- Contact some of the old/exiting clients

- Research and generate market intelligence

- Assistance in creating/updating company PPT

- Diligently work under guidance with business leaders of our company.

Experience:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the procurement SaaS product or related technology field.

- Strong understanding key industries, customer segments, and business practices.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within organizations, from C-level executives to end-users.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mind set.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Education

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
