Qualification And Experience :
Education : Must have a bachelor's degree in business management or human resources.
- A master's degree is an added advantage.
Professional Experience : 2- 5 years as a sale executive or business developer or worked in Human Resources.
Languages : Hindi and English (Telugu will be added benefit)
Pre-requisites :
1. Strong business acumen, ability to effectively research new markets and deep understanding of marketing principles.
2. Excellent written and verbal skills
3. Good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
4. Strong negotiation, and decision-making skills with good time management and organizational skills
5. Project management with strategic planning.
6. Strong leadership qualities along with being a team player.
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Business development and uplifting business with new strategies
2. Calling potential clients and building rapport with them
3. Follow up with existing clients and identify new prospects
4. Carrying out brand Presentation (should be good at making and presenting PPTs)
5. Creating invoices for clients and communicating with the clients
6. Coordinating client requirements with the development team
7. Coordination and finalizing contracts
8. Recruitment and managing the respective teams
