Manager - Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)

What You'll Achieve :
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development
- Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
You will :
- Will be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle of our ERP
- Solution (Retail & Manufacturing Solution).
- Conducting cold calls to the Retail and Manufacturing Companies. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives. in pricing the solution/service.
- Objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

Here's what we are looking for with this role :
- Essential Requirements: Knack & experience in solving retail business complexities through software oriented solutions.
- Experience in selling SaaS Products , Cloud Based applications , ERP Products.
- Excellent Communication & Written skills.
- Self-Motivated & Independent Approach to handle the complete ERP Sales cycle.
- Very high sense of ownership.
- Deep interest and passion for technology that drives businesses.
- Prior experience in leading software teams.
- To plan projects, execute them and meet the deadline.
- Should know Marathi Language.
Desirable Requirements :
- Should have knowledge of retail ERP.
- Should have knowledge of finance and accounting.
