Manager - Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)

About the Role : 

- Business Development Representatives are responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. They must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads.

What are we looking for ?

Must have : 

- 2+ years of B2B Sales experience

- SaaS sales experience is a must

- Interest or passion in sales

- Fluent in English

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Capacity to accept and learn from constructive feedback.

- Proven ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Efficient at gathering, analyzing, and communicating customer and market research.

- High attention to detail with an - everything matters- approach.

- Self driven and proactive person

- Creative, inquisitive, and curious approach to partnering with internal and external teams and customers.

- Comfortable moving between priorities and managing deadlines across multiple areas of focus.

- Excellent communication in English Previous experience in handling Premium customers.

- Substantial track record of exceeding sales goals Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices.

- Experience with email productivity, collaboration, and sales tools including ; Salesforce, LinkedIn, Slack, and Hubspot, Lusha Knowledge of MarTech solutions
 
Requirements : 

- Bachelor's degree is required

- Immediate Joiners Stability(Minimum 1.5 yrs in previous company)

- Age below 27 for Male & below 25 for Female

- Work Location : Bangalore

- No WFH

- Minimum 1.5 to 4 yrs of relevant experience

Working Days & Office Timings

Working Days : Mon - Fri

Work Timing : 9 am - 6.30 pm

Week Off : Sat - Sun
