Manager - Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)

We are hiring business development manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Qualifications:
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- B2B sales experience
- Corporate sales experience
- Proven experience in generating revenue for company
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Worked on sales tools like LinkedIn sales navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha
- Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields desired
- Recruitment industry background
Responsibilities :
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Generating leads by working with the Marketing team.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Identify and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
