Manager - Business Development - IT (1-7 yrs)
Urgent Requirement for a Business Development Manager for a Start Up (50Cr Funded) in Kolkata & Mumbai & Delhi/NCR
Candidate must have sales experience in handling clients from various sectors like IT, SAAS, Real Estate, Banking Sector.

Desired Profile :
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales ( IT, SAAS, Banking, Real Estate), Startup Sales experience is also prefered in any industry.
- MBA from a reputed business school will be a advantage.
- Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Go-getter and should have ability to work independently, able to built network and generate business.
- Personable, communicative and someone who can build a rapport with all levels of an organization
- Humble, not tied to hierarchy and is comfortable in an unstructured environment.
- Creative, passionate about being a part of early stage company and eager to grow with the company.
- Would not think of the role as another job.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Building Sales Funnel - (Generating Leads) - The BDM should get the right contacts of residential complex either from Scouting - Visiting Apartment complex and meeting the Facility Managers /Residents, Procuring Databases- Online & Offline, Builders, Brokers etc
- Fix meetings
- Product Demo
- KYC Follow up and Relationship Building
- Close the deal - Contract signing & Payment Confirmation
- Email introduction prior to the start of deployment
- Follow up with accounts manager
- Solicit References.
- Keep CRM database up to date - the CRM data should be up to date such that one can pull metrics on different stages of lead conversion any time.
Keep Contract database up to date - ensure that specifics & economics of the deal is up to date in the Contract and Invoice database/system
