Manager - Business Development - IT (1-6 yrs)
- Our client was founded in August 2016 to provide solutions to various Industries through innovative and cost effective solutions. In October 2020 Futuretek Commerce LLP was converted to Futuretek Commerce Pvt Ltd. Our client is a Merchant Service Platform which enables the merchant to manage different aspect of its business and also collect payments from its customers.
- Our client has been thus providing innovative and user friendly easy to use digital platform to be used by different categories of merchants especially small and medium size merchants (SMEs/MSMEs). The company payment platform provides both online and offline payment options to the merchants available through web, mobile and UPI QR.
- Our client has on-boarded more than 900,000+ merchants on its platform web and Mobile app in partnership with more than 30 + banks. The company Payment Aggregation platform allows the merchants to collect payments from their customers from multiple payment options, be it credit card, debit card, Net banking, UPI, IMPS and/or other payment modes.

The Job :
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Corporate Banking industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.
- Experience within Area Sales and Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering Financial Services, Consumer, Chemicals & Energy, Healthcare, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Industrial & Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Public Sector and Professional Services is a strong plus.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
