Manager - Business Development - IT (1-5 yrs)
- Should be able to generate leads by his/her own. Inbound & Outbound.
- Should good at communicating with CXOs, VPs and Founders.
- Have writing skills which is convincing and detailed.
- Must have experience of IT services or product sales.
- Should be familiar with LinkedIn platform working skills at advance level.
- Should be comfortable working in night shift as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- To follow Lead Qualification Criteria set by PSI and generate leads according to it.
- Emailing, LinkedIn connect & messaging, and reaching out to relevant prospects through social media channels and introduce any new leads gen techniques.
- Responsible for initial discussion with the lead till it gets matured.
- Own targets for Lead Generation, sales funnel like contacting suspects and prospects, (TOFU), Nurturing Prospects (MOFU)
- Excellent Liaison and team skills within sales and marketing team.
- Reporting to SM in PSI. (Territory Head)
- Develop right Lead generation strategies & plan for systematic growth
- Work along marketing team to execute lead generation strategies. Contribute in the branding of the organization, its services & specialties
- Maintaining data in CRM effectively.
- Responsible from prospecting, nurturing contacts (right persona) and Enhance relationship with existing prospects.
- Should work as individual contributor.
