Job Description :
- Any Bachelor / Master Degree with 6+ months exp into Business Development
- Should be interested in building career into Business Development / Marketing / Sales domain
- Should have knowledge on Recruitment Domain
- Able to identify new sales leads
- Able to identify potential clients and build into key accounts for Permanent / Contract Recruitment
- Responsible for Cold calling, Lead Generation and Development of prospects
- Able to win long-term, strategic customers from the market
- Should act as POC for clients and provide them unique recruitment solutions
- Should work with internal recruitment teams to ensure deliveries for key client accounts
- Should be Proactive and work with clear vision
- Should have strong negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with different teams to drive the results
