Manager - Business Development - IT (1-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
- As a Business Development Manager at Superset, you will be responsible for selling Supersets flagship B2B SaaS product - campus placements automation tool - to colleges and universities.
We need help with :
- Planning and setting up of weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach goals
- Prospecting and generating leads from the college database shared with you for your designated zone (one or more states assigned to you), via emailing, calling, or any necessary means
- Scheduling and fixing product demonstration over calls and emails
- Strategically plan and execute sales, and perform product demonstrations confidently to the placement officers and leadership (Chancellors, Directors, Owners) of the institutes
- Developing business proposals that speak to the client's needs, discuss and negotiate pricing, as well as close deals
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline of new and existing clients.
