5. - Negotiation and Deal Closure : Lead negotiations with clients to secure new business opportunities and close deals. Ensure that contracts and agreements are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.

6. - Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

7. - Market Expansion Strategies : Develop and implement strategies to expand into new markets and geographical regions. Identify growth opportunities and devise plans to penetrate untapped segments.

8. - Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards goals. Generate regular reports and provide insights to management on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business principles, and sales techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop innovative solutions.
