Manager - Business Development - Investment/Trading Product (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer investment and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and resourceful.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Achieve development and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's a strong presence
- Own recruiting, goals setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales agents
- Make and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their requirements
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Candidates Requirements:
