- Provide training to New recruit as well as existing team.

- Achieve individual as well as team target.

- Providing support to team for daily sales calls .

- Generating leads through local activity like organizing camps/canopy activities/leaflet distribution/lobby management at assigned storefront/branch

Candidates Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
