The Job
Our client is looking for individuals who would be an asset to their Company by developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, arranging business meetings with prospective clients, build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, and contributing to revenue generation.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identify and target potential clients in the financial services industry, including banks, investment firms, insurance companies, and other relevant institutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of new business initiatives.
- Present and demonstrate our financial products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their unique value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and stay updated with industry developments.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements within the financial services industry, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and guidelines.
Ideal Candidate :
- Candidate must be able to establish relationship with customer, maintain it and progress gradually.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, such as banking, investment, insurance, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscapes in the financial services industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at various levels.
