Manager - Business Development - International Vertical (2-4 yrs)
Must have :
- Client Acquisition
- Cold calling
- Marketing Campaigns
- Business Development
- IT Sales.
- Demand Generation.(International MARKET)
Good to have :
- Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts.
- Should have experience, full-time or internship, in working on bidding portals such as Up-work, Guru.
- International Sales experience preferred (having worked with customers outside India)
- Lead Generation experience ( RFPs, Working with Lead Generation companies, online search etc.)
- Enthusiastic in cold calling and approaching customers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Market Research and Database maintenance activities.
- Self-driven approach on creating mailers, collateral, presentations.
- Prospecting, lead generation, business development and providing qualified leads to sales executives.
- Qualify prospects before reaching out for mailing/calling campaigns.
- Track and manage prospects through our CRM System.
- Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts in assigned territory.
- Participate in team meetings, networking, and activities to grow the business.
- Identifying and changing business processes for maximum effectiveness
- Collaborating with sales and sales engineers
- Helping customers who are using the services
- Working collaboratively with other team members to identify solutions.
Systems Knowledge :
- Use CRM systems to ensure customer data is accurate and actionable
- Flexibility in working with different areas of account and lead management
- Be a thought leader while customers navigate alphas, betas, and other product stages.
Team Goals :
- Work towards team driven goals for their business region
- Help other team members in creating efficiencies in their workflow and product knowledge
- Collect and codify best practices between sales, marketing, and sales engineers
- Able to communicate well in English and high proficiency in either Mandarin or any APAC Languages
Lead Management :
- Quickly assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners, and other sources
- Efficiently provide customers with relevant options to support their Data needs
- Assign leads to different campaigns and current pilot programs
