Job Description :
Primary responsibilities :
- Researching Properties, organisations and individuals to identify potential properties, leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and giving solution in terms of available warehouse
- Contacting Landlords to establish rapport and stay up to date with options of warehouses available
- Max time to be spent in the field, hence should be open to travel in a short notice
Other typical duties include :
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel Files
- Creating and maintaining a database of available warehouses in the region
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
- Developing quotes and proposals (later stage)
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Skills Required :
- Socially adept
- Good with Excel and Power point
- Street Smart
- Good with numbers
