Manager - Business Development/International Sales - IT (2-8 yrs)
Job Details:
1. Explore & target new business leads & opportunities software/mobile/web development domain (US/UK/AUS/UAE markets)
2. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
3. Interacting/calling to CIO, CEO, CFO, Top Management, Decision Makers for software/mobile/web development requirements and managing Lead Generation Process via cold calling and emails
4. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
5. Understand customer needs and requirements
6. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
7. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
8. Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through internet, Building Database, Proficient in secondary research.
9. Keep a close track on to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
10. Must having the mindset to work in 24x7 environment.
Desired Profile
1. Should be strong in Business Development for International mkt. in IT Software domain
2. Generating business from new accounts and existing accounts
3. Expertise in all areas of Business Development / Lead Generation activities like Cold calling, email, & basic
4. knowledge of bidding on different bidding portals
5. Coordinate with the project management team for client needs and specification to ensure smooth delivery.
6. Should be well versed with web based and mobile technologies.
7. Willing to work in flexible hours (UK / Night Shifts) if required
Qualification - Any ITES,BBA,MBA
