Manager - Business Development/International Sales - FMCG (10-20 yrs)
1. Need PGDM / MBA in International Business Management candidate with minimum 10 years- experience for this position
2. Must have experience of selling FMCG products in International market & should be open to travel overseas
3. The position will primarily be responsible for strategic market analysis through Key Research reports, overseas business development, distributor development and management, budgeting, liaison with customs and government bodies.
4. Studying the market in the target countries and estimate Business potentiality.
5. Understanding of consumer trends & Behaviour.
6. Coordinating with overseas buyers to close Prospective Deals and also for Repeat Purchase with the Existing Customers.
7. Coordinating with CHA, DGFT, Customs, Airlines, Liners and Transporters for Smooth Shipments
8. Develop business with existing as well as new customers through participation in Exhibitions, events and conferences.
9. Hands on experience of planning annual budgets in export model for product ranges.
10. Understanding & Planning of ATL / BTL budget functions for the year and implementation.
11. Age Criteria - 30 years to 42 years
