Manager - Business Development - International Market - IT (3-8 yrs)
Job Description : (International Market Exp.) :
1) Should have 3-8 yrs of experience in IT sales.
2) Should proactively find new business by utilizing sales knowledge and Experience.
3) Past work should include selling services to US and/or UK market from offshore location
4) Should be responsible for market research for generating new customers, business development and cold calling, primarily for International Market.
5) Proficiency in understanding different business solutions and identifying the target customers.
6) Should have ability to generate good number of leads and build a strong pipe line.
7) Should have ability to match our products in line with clients- requirements and suggest changes/modifications required.
8) Experience in handling clients escalations/issues
9) Create RFP (Request for Proposals) for companies and aggressive follow-up with clients.
10) Need to be an Innovative and Creative thinker who can take smart decisions.
11) Dealing with existing clients and new client acquisition, addressing end-user issues.
12) To liaise and building relationships with customers.
13) To maintain, build and update mailing databases.
