Manager - Business Development - International Market - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our international market expansion in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads and building a robust network of distributors overseas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and expand a network of distributors and partners overseas.
- Understand and navigate the nuances of the FMCG industry to drive business growth.
- Utilize excellent networking skills to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the MD & Founder.
Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Experience in overseas business development is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of international markets and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Positive mindset, proactive attitude, and technically sound.
- Immediate joiner preferred, but candidates with a 30-day notice period will also be considered.

- Work Schedule : 6 days a week, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
