Job Description :
Business Development Manager is responsible to Build market position by identifying, locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships Identify and develop business opportunities for the services.
Key Responsibilities :
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new & existing prospects with referrals
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Identify and attend other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to market full landscape services
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments & manage all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, closing and renewing.
- Define and follow up with yearly targets and objectives
- Develop and implement new strategies for the team
- Need to have strong Influential Management and Marketing Skill.
- Need to be self-motivated & Target Oriented.
- Team Handling & motivating, designing training to the team members to enhance the productivity.
