Manager - Business Development - Interior Design (3-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders in the design and construction industry.
- Represent at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with architects and designers to promote Company's products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
3. Product Expertise:
- Provide technical and design consultation to clients, showcasing the versatility and quality of our products.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs of architects and interior designers.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.
5. Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns during project lifecycles.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industries.
- Strong network within the architect and design community in Bangalore.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for design and an eye for aesthetics.
