Positions and Obligations:

- To meet sales goals, create and implement sales tactics.

- Establish and nurture connections with current and prospective clients.

- Track and evaluate client satisfaction and sales results

- Write and deliver sales reports.

- Deliver top-notch customer support via chat, email, and phone.

- Resolve and identify problems, as well as escalate issues when needed, in a timely manner in response to consumer questions.

- Professionally and empathetically address consumer problems, coming up with workable solutions to guarantee fulfilment.

- Continue to stay current with information about the pharmaceutical sector.

- Construct and manage a successful sales network

- Find ways to promote goods and services to current clients in an upsell or cross-sell fashion.

- Participate in the creation and enhancement of operations and sales processes and protocols.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
